Mixed Media 2D Mick Beisel credits reading Charles Schulz’s Peanuts comic strips and drawing his cartoon characters as a kid for prompting him to become an artist.
“I grew up in both New York City and Atlanta, drawing and painting at an early age.”
Now, as a working artist for more than 30 years, travel, music and the beautiful works of many artists continue to inspire him in his passion for painting. Mick describes his mixed media work as "monochromatic colors, textures and mediums that provide a simplistic view of abstract and hyper-realism".
