USN Grandparent ’32, ‘34
Poetry, history, religion, literature, art, sensation – these are the things that inspire Adrian Luchini to create.
He is an internationally recognized architect who has practiced in Argentina and the United States. Adrian has also been a painter for 40 years. He uses oil, watercolor, tar, pigments, and graphite in his work.
When asked who is his biggest artistic influence, Adrian replies, “too many to mention.”
"Corpus Christi"
It's a large piece, black and a quarter of a circle. It alludes to the bread in the Christian communion, but the color (black instead of white) suggests a corpus marred by the vicissitude’s life.
