New to Artclectic

“I’ve always had a passion for creating,” says Ginny. “Even as a child, I loved to paint, color, and make things with my hands.”

Ginny has a playful and vibrant artistic style in her paintings. She uses acrylics on both canvas and board, and enjoys incorporating layers, textures, and patterns to enhance her works.

“I draw inspiration from the world that surrounds me. The picturesque hills of Nashville and the dynamic culture of our city ignite my creativity. My family and my upbringing also serve as significant sources of inspiration. I perceive beauty in everything around me and aspire to capture it on canvas.”

Describe your dream art project.

My dream art project would be something bold, vibrant and on a large scale—it would be for an open space where I could let colors flow without rules. It would be a pure expression of joy, movement, and creativity that would make people smile.

In terms of your art, where is the most inspirational place you’ve ever been?

Definitely Paris. The city pulses with vibrance—from the elegant architecture to the effortlessly chic fashion. The French live with such passion, their passion woven into everyday life. Paris is pure inspiration—refined, bold, and endlessly creative.

Titles of works can be descriptive or clever or totally unrelated. What’s your favorite title of a piece you’ve named?

For many years, I’ve been creating a series called The Tree of Life, inspired by spiritual symbol. My interpretation is unique—it’s a vibrant celebration of nature, filled with diverse flora and fauna. Each painting has a tree that is alive with different leaves, flowers, birds, and whimsical, imaginary elements. Rooted deeply in the earth, its branches stretch toward the sky—like a joyful, organic party connecting heaven and earth.
