“I'm an interior designer, so creating beautiful moments with color and pattern is one of my greatest passions,” says Kendall Simmons. “This love of beautiful moments inspires me to capture them with my watercolors. I paint snapshots from my garden and my imagination.
“I grew up on a beautiful farm in rural Kentucky, and after living in NYC and Nashville for years, I finally made it back to my roots. I now live in a 1930s farmhouse on a beautiful piece of land outside of Nashville. My home is surrounded by pasture land and gardens, which are the main inspiration for my watercolors. The flowers, fruit and vegetables change with each season, and always provide something new and exciting to paint.”
